SHIPPING AND LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During launches, promotions, or unusually busy periods, processing may take longer. You will receive an email when your order ships or is ready for pickup.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY

Available shipping services, rates, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, we will email the tracking number after the order ships. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. Contact us immediately at ab@atlasmuaythai.com if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been shipped.

LOCAL PICKUP

Local pickup is available at Atlas Muay Thai Gym, 2395 South Dove Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. Please wait for the Ready for pickup email before coming to the gym. Bring your order confirmation and a matching photo ID. Orders are usually ready for pickup within 24 hours during normal business operations.

Friday: By appointment
Saturday: 7:00 AM–12:00 PM
Sunday: By appointment

LOST, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your package arrives damaged, contains the wrong item, or appears to be lost, contact us promptly at ab@atlasmuaythai.com with your order number and relevant photos when applicable. We will review the issue and work with you and the carrier toward a resolution.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
